ooo ooo ooo!! i know!

choose me! :)

okay.

-after washing you face, put a FACIAL moisturizer on your skin.

(VERY important..)

-dab a bit of concealer on any red spots or blemishes %26amp; under your eyes so you look awake

-get a looser powder %26amp; apply to your face (everywhere) with a big brush.

-blend it well

-instead of blush that will give you a peachy look, try bronzer so it looks like you were sunkissed :) only apply a little bit to your cheek bone for shimmer affect.

-get a light neatural eyeshadow or none at all

(pink, tan, brown, gold, peach, etc.)

-put some black or black/brown mascara on your TOP lashes.

BEAUTIFUL %26lt;3

It depends on your skin color. If you have a very light skin, I would use light pink eyeshadow, blush, and lip gloss. You could use mascara and eye liner if you wanted to have a more night time look.

If you have tanish colored skin. Use goldish, brownish eye shadow same with blush. Pink lip gloss will be the best, tho in this case.
If you have acne, dab a little concealer on the parts that need it

%26amp; if you have oilyish skin, using a little bit of pressed powder is great.

For your eyes, line a thin line of brown eyeliner on the top lid, OR pull your top eyelid up a bit and line the inside rim with that.

then use brown mascara on your top eyelashes

then after that all you really need is lip balm.

but if you're on the pale side, a tiny bit of blush can look really nice. just as long as you don't over do it.
I am 13 too! And I wear makeup but not a lot, this is what I do:

I gently dab on some concealer if I have blemishes or red marks. ( wash ur face before u put on makeup )

put on a lot of mascara and some nice lip gloss

LOOKS GRREAT!
Not wearing any gives you the most natural look of all.
mascara is a great start and with a little bit of eyeliner it really goes a long way. bare essentials is also great, but can clog your pores if you don't use the right cleanser. you can add some eye shadow, but be careful too much or too little can look really odd. consider a make-up class
Some translucent powder and one coat of mascara.
Well, everyone is different. Some people need more of one thing, some people less. It would be better if you described your features. If you have blonde hair, your makeups gonna be a little different than a brunette. Well, heres what I do. ( I have fairly good skin, dark brown hair, nice big blue eyes, and pretty good lips and cheekbones )

First, I put on a little neuteral eyeshadow, using light, warm tones, the color usually is a soft tan/brown, but it varies.

Next, I line HALF of my lower lid with a soft slate gray eyeliner. If you have small eyes, don't line your lower lid. Also, if you have blond hair don't line your lower lid, cause it looks fake and trashy, unless you have real dark eyelashes.

Then, I put on some black mascara. I do two coats on the upper lid, and sometimes one soft coat on the lower.

I finish it off with some lip gloss.

Here are some things I do sometimes, but not everyday:

I take my slate gray eyeliner and I thinly line my upper lid.

Sometimes I brush a little blush onto the apples of my cheeks.

Some people our age wear foundation/coverup, but I only do that when I get acne.

Something to remember is to keep everything light and the colors natural, you can play it up a bit more at night and at parties.
Trust me, I've been there.

Try and avoid liquid foundation is you can, it just makes it look like you have way to much on, even if you don't.

I use ';Dream Matte Mousse';, it works perfectly. But no matter what you have, first lightly fix any outstanding spots you want to cover up, then just blend.

Then do a very light coat over it after if necessary.

As for the eyes, those are the fun part.

Eyeliner: Don't apply too much!!! It just makes you look stupid most of the time. Just lightly draw under the eye, make sure you go from side to side.

Lashes: Most people don't do this, but try and curl your eyelashes with a curler, as well as mascara. I curl first, then do a coast of mascara.

Eye shadow: Depending on your outfit, skin color, this varies.

Just make sure it blends. If you wasn't it to look natural, just go with a shimmer burgundy color, it pretty much goes with every skin color and outfit.

That's about as good as it gets over the computer.

If you have any other question's message me!
put on powder on the spots of discoloration if u have it... blend it in very good....make sure it goes into ur hair line and underneath the chin

natural eye shadows(browns, pink)

little bit of eyeliner on the bottom or top

like only a brush of mascara and that way u look real still
what to do....

1) put on eyeliner

2) put mascara on your upper eyelashes you dont need it on the lower eyelashes

3) put on eyeshadow that is either a little lighter/darker than your skin tone

4) put on clear,or glittery, or slightly tinted lipgloss

5) bronzer that is either a little lighter/darker than your skin tone (if you want(and if so go down the neck a little bit so it looks more natural))
light concealer, mineral powder, mascara, and a shimmer champagn colored eyeshadow.
Just use natural foundation the same colour as your skin.

Eye liner the same colour as your eyes.....or a light brown to dark brown to be neutral

And mascara the same.

clear lip gloss.
eyeliner.

maybe some eye shadow sometimes.
All you need is a light touch of mascara, a light blush, and a tinted lip gloss. NOTHING MORE.

Thirteen year old girls don't need to wear a lot of makeup. If they wear any more than mascara, blush, and lip gloss, they look like a ho and I wonder if their mother is prepping them for the job.
1. apply foundation evenly (preferably the kind with minerals so it doesn't cause breakouts =])

2. apply a pretty bronzer/ blush. Whichever floats your boat!

3. put a little bit of light pink or light brown eyeshadow all over your eyelids.

4. put on some dark brown mascara roots to tips

5. If you want, put on some light brown eyeliner

6. Rub on some sheer lip balm- not too shiny just pretty!
idk, but for mascara go for a brown instead of a black~ it's still dramatic enough, but much more natural. Wipe off some of the mascara with toilet paper afterwards to avoid clumps~ again, more natural!

:)))
I'm 23 and I cannot stress this enough - take care of your skin!!! The better your skin looks, the better everything will look on you and the less make up you'll have to wear later on.

Start by moisturizing your skin with Neutrogena Tinted Moisturizer in a color that matches your skin tone (always try it on the back of your hand or jaw line before you buy it). If you're worried your skin will look too shiney, try a light coverage powder like L'Oreal pressed powder or MAC pressed powder compact. Dust it on with a really large, round make-up brush. Then use cream blush (always better when you're young) and use your fingertips to blend it along the apples of your cheeks and up along your cheekbones - try Maybelline Moisture Whipped Blush, it's light and pretty much mistake-proof. Then sweep a shimmery powder or cream eye shadow all over your eyelid and blend. You can have fun with these because they're often not very expensive and playing with different eye shadow colors is fun. Rimmel, Cover Girl, Maybelline, and Revlon always have inexpensive, really great products. You may or may not want to use mascara just yet. But if you do, get a lash-brow brush to eliminate clumps and curl them with an eyelash curler (this will take some getting used to at first - but once you get the hang of it, it freaks guys out, so funny!!). Maybelline Great Lash mascara (the pink container with the green top) is top rated by a bunch of beauty magazines and is just an all around great mascara.

You can find pretty much everything I just mentioned at Target or Walmart. They have a good selection and the lowest prices.

Bobbi Brown has an excellent book called ';Teenage Beauty'; that came out a few years ago which was great for starting out. Magazines geared at teenage girls like Seventeen and CosmoGirl will always have good tips that are age-appropriate.

Good luck, girl! You're gonna have a blast, playing with make-up totally becomes addictive.
first of all, make sure its okay with your parents.

the key is to enchance your natural beauty.

start with less, and once you get comfortable with it, you can start using more.

first, you should use foundation for clear skin, mascara, and lip gloss. once you get used to this, maybe after a few months, you can try some new things like: blush, eyeshadow, concealer, bronzer, lipstick, eyeliner, etc.

dont cake it on!

have fun experiementing! :-)
Don't wear any foundation unless you HAVE to. I would wear a neutral brown eyeshadow and a brown or dark purple eye pencil that is smudged and a little bit of brown mascara. Choose a blush and lipstick that is very close to your natural color of your cheeks and lips, but enough that it accents what you already have. Don't forget some powder before you put on blush, but after the foundation in case you get a little oily.
Just try a bit of lip gloss and eyeliner, it goes a long way.
go to bare minerals (or bare essecentuals) and use their make up

it looks completely natural and htey can show you how to do everything the way you want it done.

ify ou dont have one at your mall or nearby they have a website where you can order everyting, plus videos online to show you how to apply everything.

i love their products because you dont feel liek anything is on your face, yet you look amazing! :]
i have the same problem. i wear aqua smooth by covergirl. but wash and put lotion on your face before applying makeup, it will go on a lot smoother. =] and i use some light golden illuminating skin powder, by covergirl, it makes you bright and gorgeous. eyeliner on top lid (where you apply eyeshadow. do small strokes along lash line. go all the way across. make sure eyebrows are plucked and everything
You shouldn't really wear too much make up at the age of 13.. especially any foundation or anything like that because it would definitely have a bad effect your complexion in the long run.. I suggest you just wear a little eyeliner, and mascara.. Clear lipgloss as well :)
-put on a light coat of mascara-any kind will do

-light concealer, try clinique powder stuff-sry don't know the name

-TINY bit of blush-don't want to look red in the face

-maybe a tad of bronzer

-maybe some eyeshadow-if you want natural, do a thin dust on your eyelids. putting white shadow between your eyes and nose, like in the corner, and also right below your eyebrows really opens up your eyes, but go light you don't wanna look too glittery

-finish off with some chapstick or simple gloss

hope this helps!
powder, clear lip gloss, mascara the same color as your eye lashes and cream color eye shadow
neutrogena oil-free concealer

Kevyn Aucoin Lash Curler or Revlon Lash Curler (the gold one)

neutrogena mineral sheers blush in natural apricot (blend below cheekbones and up to temples)

ur fave lipgloss. the beauty rush ones from Victorias secret are $5 and rlly nice and they smell gud! i luv peach buzz. so i think thats all a 13 should wear to look natural. gud luk!
