try blue eyeliner, it would look great with blue dress adn eyes. :)

Try champagne or gold eye shadow all over your lid, rose colored blush, a pink or white shimmer powder on the tops of your cheekbones and the inside corner or your eyes and on your brow bone to make your skin glow, and a rose gold lip gloss. Easy, basic and will go really well with your hair color.
well red blue and blue i say u should go with at least a light light touch of mascara and a light line of eye liner if ur aiming 4 lip gloss 2 i say do a light pink or even clear if its like a teenage party i saw dont wear lipstick. um thats all i got
