2. Line the top of the eyes with eye-liner (little to moderate liner).


3. Put a little bit of black mascara on your lashes.


4. Put blue mascara on the very ends of your lashes. Heavily.

According to bobbi brown women with very very light colored eye lashes and eye brows should use brown mascara and eyebrow pencil. black mascara should still be universal.


Making sure that your eye lids are evenly colored and do not show broken capillaries by using a base that is almost the same as your skin tone and concealer prior to that should help. then use taupe, tawny, or pinkish to coral colors or a shade about two shades darker than your skin tone should work.
