Only Lady Diana Spencer could use sky blue eye liner the way her own sad eyes were blue. Apart from that idea it's really not advisable. Use eye shadow colors like taupe or tawny but very lightly. According to bobbi brown women with very very light colored eye lashes and eye brows should use brown mascara and eyebrow pencil. black mascara should still be universal.

Making sure that your eye lids are evenly colored and do not show broken capillaries by using a base that is almost the same as your skin tone and concealer prior to that should help. then use taupe, tawny, or pinkish to coral colors or a shade about two shades darker than your skin tone should work.

Put a little amount of mascara on the top and bottom lashes. Then take a brown eyeliner and line your lower and half of you upper lash line to make your eyes look bigger. Next, take the bronze eyeshadow and blend it up only one your eyelid. If needed use concealer or foundation.
Use taupe or brown shades. A brown liner with black mascara is easy and natural.
Use colors like bage, green, blue, and brown. I use it and it looks gorgeous!
clumpless mascara, that would be a good start
